Financial Policies

These policies apply to all facility partners and private-pay clients unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Rides On Liens LLC reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Updated versions will be provided via our website, email, or written notice. These policies are effective as of January 1, 2026, and remain in effect until revised.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking for all private-pay services, particularly for new clients and any discounted or promotional rides. In limited cases, payment may be accepted at the time of service; however, this option may result in an additional convenience fee and may void any promotional pricing.

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer several convenient and secure payment options:

  • Payment Portal (Preferred): Clients may be sent a secure payment link by text message, including reference details, from our team.
  • Phone Payment: Clients can complete payments over the phone with a member of our team. For security purposes, payment information is not stored.
  • Email Invoice: Clients may receive an emailed invoice with a secure payment link, including ride details and reference information.
  • Agreement Billing: Approved facilities may qualify for invoicing terms based on an established agreement.

If needed, drivers may assist clients with entering payment information through our secure system while present with the client and their payment method.

Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Policy

Any Personal Care Attendant or additional passenger must be disclosed at the time of booking. Individuals not included in the original reservation may be subject to additional charges at the standard rate. Payment for additional passengers must be completed before the trip begins.

Refund Policy

We understand that schedules may change and aim to provide flexibility when possible.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit.
  • Payments may be transferred to a new appointment date if availability allows.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued if the cancellation falls outside the 24-hour window.
  • Long-distance trip cancellations must also comply with the 24-hour notice requirement.

Please note: All refunds are subject to a processing fee (up to 3%) to cover payment transaction costs. Refund timing may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A no-show or late cancellation occurs when:

  • A ride is not cancelled or modified within 2 hours of the scheduled dispatch time, or
  • The driver arrives at the pickup location and the passenger is unavailable

In these cases, the full trip charge will apply.

Additional guidelines:

  • Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup location.
  • Attempts may be made to contact the client or scheduling party.
  • If the passenger is delayed and the driver is able to wait, additional wait time will be charged at $20 per 15-minute interval, unless otherwise agreed.

If no contact is made or the ride cannot be completed, the trip will be classified as a no-show, and charges will not be refunded.

For round-trip services, each leg of the trip may be charged separately if a no-show occurs.

Service Reliability

Rides are scheduled with reasonable buffers to accommodate traffic and operational conditions. A delay caused by unforeseen circumstances does not automatically qualify for cancellation.

If it is determined that the scheduled drop-off time cannot be met within a reasonable timeframe (generally within 10 minutes of the requested time), Rides On Liens LLC will work with the client to either reschedule or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Vehicle Video Recording Disclosure

Rides On Liens LLC is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and professional Non-Emergency Medical Transportation services.

For the protection of passengers, drivers, and company property, some Rides On Liens LLC vehicles are equipped with video surveillance systems.

Our vehicle camera systems:

  • Record video images only
  • Do not record audio conversations
  • Are used exclusively for safety, security, operational, and risk-management purposes

Video recordings may be reviewed in connection with:

  • Safety incidents
  • Accident investigations
  • Insurance claims
  • Service quality reviews
  • Regulatory or legal requirements

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking services with Rides On Liens LLC, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy, including payment requirements, cancellation timelines, vehicle video recording disclosure and applicable fees.
